Customers in Denmark, Germany and Luxembourg will need to contact us if they wish to order as we will now need to calculate the duty and VAT on your order before shipping. This is due to the removal of de Mininis in the EU which means all duty is payable in advance.

UK postage
Postage within the UK is mailed out second class for all packages that weigh under 1kg.
However we do also offer a Next Day, tracked service which you can chose in the drop down menu, this is for all orders placed before 2pm. If ordered on a Friday it will arrive Monday.
Overseas postage
Orders are generally sent via Royal Mail, normally within 5 working days, although we do use courier services for larger packages.
We are unable to ship via courier to PO Boxes so please ensure we have an actual address to ship to if you want a signed delivery service.
As we do not charge VAT in the UK please be aware European customers will be charged by their authorities at the VAT rate in that country.
