Deep Purple’s 21st and probably last studio album Whoosh! is also the third album in succession to be recorded with top Canadian producer Bob Ezrin.

Although no one has said it’s the last — aside from a bonus track — the album concludes with a new recording of And The Address, the instrumental that was the opening track on the band’s debut album back in 1968, leading many fans to believe it is their way of closing the final chapter on Deep Purple’s extraordinary career.
